A consultancy, not a brokerage
BPS Realty was founded in 2009 by Rajesh Kulkarni after a decade in commercial real estate finance. We started with a single conviction: most property transactions in India suffer from information asymmetry, and a buyer needs an advocate, not just an agent. That conviction shapes how we work to this day.
We don't take listings we can't verify. We don't push a property because the commission is higher. We give clients the same honest read of a deal that we'd give family — including telling them to walk away when it's the right call.
Today the team has grown to 24 consultants across Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, and the Konkan coast, but the standard hasn't changed. Every listing is title-checked. Every site visit is accompanied. Every clause in every agreement gets explained in plain language.
